This house was taken down to the studs! We removed the old Abitibi siding, the celotex behind it, the insulation and the old wood windows. Then we installed new vinyl windows (new construction 3000 Series by SilverLine) R19 insulation, new OSB sheathing, house wrap and new Cream ProVia beaded vinyl siding. We also replaced all the exterior doors (ThermaTru) and installed a new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine roofing system.

Stephanie went above and beyond helping us design a layout for our bathroom. We plan to do a lot of the work ourselves and she came up with 3 solid design ideas that gave us a real idea what the space could look like. Stephanie renovated our room over the garage into an office/family area in Dec 2021-March 2022. She was very professional and easy to work with throughout. She sourced our hardwoods to be the exact same as our first floor which was appreciated.
