The is the Vermilya Kitchen before we started work.
Before we begin I measure everything and give the homeowner some choices in the layout.
Then send their choice of layout to my cabinet supplier, who draws it on the computer and sends us back renderings.
After all the selections are made I finalize the scope of work and send it to the homeowner as a contract.
After the contract is signed I schedule the entire project.

We removed the cabinets, countertops and backsplash, then the electricians came in to add some new canless
ceiling fixtures and replace the receptacles and switches in the backsplash area.
Some of the floor had been damaged by a dishwasher leak, so we replaced the subfloor where it was weak.
Then my hardwood floor guys laced in new, matching, pre-finished flooring. It will now go wall to wall instead of
butting to the cabinets.
Then we replaced the twin window with a smaller sliding window:

At the end of the project we had a new driveway installed and had the house washed.
